In the village Filoti you will encounter the church of Panagia Filotitissa, an imposing and quite old church. In the courtyard of the church, the old bell gave its way to a bell tower full of noticeable sculptures, greets the visitor.
The church was built in 1710 after the efforts of the inhabitants to acquire the land from the owner of the tower that is still located right next to the church.
